Train Interior Accessibility
For ease of movement and accessibility inside trains, certain seating and mobility features must be prioritized. This includes dedicated wheelchair spaces and accessible areas for those with reduced mobility.

- On trains without seat reservations, reserve at least 10% of seats for priority use by people with disabilities.
- Provide designated spaces for wheelchairs on trains based on their length: 2 spaces on trains less than 205 m, 3 spaces on trains from 205 to 300 m, 4 spaces on trains longer than 300 m.
- Reserve seat-free areas for wheelchair users, with a horizontal bar between 800 and 900 mm height.
- Place the international accessibility symbol on the right front side of vehicles and at accessible doors equipped with wheelchair access devices.
